Portugal – China Trilateral Cooperation in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative Conference

Fathallah Oualalou, Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South, will be speaking at the fourth session of the Portugal – China Trilateral Cooperation in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative Conference, under the theme “China and Africa”.

The conference will include presentations on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Portugal in the framework of the BRI and Chinese relations with Latin America and Africa.
