New narratives and approaches to foreign policy post-Covid

Our Senior Fellow, Mr. Mohammed Loulichki, will be speaking at the round table titled “New narratives and approaches to foreign policy post-Covid”, in the framework of the Africa-Spain Think Tanks Online Meeting. Organized by Casa Africa and Elcano Royal Institute, this event aims to bring together representatives of the most prominent African think tanks with specialists in Sub-Saharan Africa from the major Spanish think tanks, so as to generate and enhance the interaction between them.

Mr. Loulichki will share his thoughts on the foreign relations of African countries with international actors (European Union, China and other emerging countries), as well as assess the effectiveness and problems faced by African multilateralism (African Union, regional communities, among others) in the new context of the pandemic and in its foreign relations.
